Volunteers welcome Frank visitors to the gallery, distribute exhibition and program information and invite visitors to provide feedback. Guest Services Greeters will be scheduled within the normal hours of operation of the Frank Art Gallery, Tuesday through Saturday, 11am-5pm.
Special Event Hosts provide support during events at the gallery. Opportunities include Opening Receptions, Artist Talks, Workshops, and Public Programs. Frank staff will train volunteers on tasks specifics to each event. Volunteers will be able to select involvement ranging from event setup, event assistance, and/or event breakdown.
A call for volunteers will be announced in advance, providing an opportunity for individuals to register for desired shift.
Gallery educators provide tours to schools, camps, and community groups. They assist in setup and implementation of workshops, and learning space events. Frank Gallery staff will prepare educators to provide tours and hands-on activities to school groups, and will provide regular training on upcoming exhibitions.
Gallery educators schedule will be based on group tours reservations, and will be announced in advanced of the tours for individuals to select their desired tour.
